Dr. Sartin is everything I had been searching for in a healthcare provider—and more. After weeks of dealing with long wait times, limited availability, and previous clinicians who declined to support me with essential documentation like FMLA paperwork, I was feeling defeated and overlooked. It was an incredibly vulnerable time, and I was starting to lose hope that I’d find a doctor who would truly listen and take my situation seriously. Then I met Dr. Sartin. He was compassionate, responsive, and refreshingly human. He took the time to listen—not just to my symptoms, but to my entire experience. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or like a “case file.” Instead, I felt supported and understood. Found this amazing doctor online was able to help me through my step by step process on my FMLA/LOA and STD filled out all the paperwork I needed as well as the resources I needed to get better as well as prescriptions,Him and his assistant’s are there in your whole process while away from work, Dr.Sartin is great and the communication over the portal is easy and fast and I was able to see him in a short time frame. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone going through the same process to find Time to get better ,as well as needing help going through time away from Work!

Absolutely hands down one of the best! From the almost immediate responses to any questions asked, to Dr. Sartins personable approach, I felt like not only did he listen but he offered actual advice on what I could do to help my anxiety and panic attacks. He also sent over my FMLA papers within 24 hrs since it was needed in a rush from my job. Would 1000% recommend!
