Regarding the custom inputs, it appears there may have been a miscommunication — we always send a preview email for approval, but in some cases it may land in spam and go unseen. We’ve since added SMS alerts to help prevent this issue in the future. As for the second printed card, I completely understand your frustration. The reason we offered the digital version was due to the tight timeline, but it was never our intention to withhold something you rightfully paid for. If you’re still open to it, I’d be happy to ship a physical version of that missing card immediately at no cost to you. We take full responsibility for the delay and the stress it caused, especially for such a meaningful occasion like Valentine’s Day. Your expectations were absolutely valid, and we deeply regret not meeting them. As for the doll details, like the hair color and repeated adjustments, we clearly failed to translate your vision accurately, and that’s on us. Our dolls are handmade with care, but in this case, too many rounds of back-and-forth may have caused more harm than help — and we’re now reviewing how to streamline and clarify the preview process to avoid this in the future. Regarding the tone of our communication — if it came off as dismissive or overly formal, that was never our intent. We genuinely aim to treat every order with heart and humility, and it’s clear we fell short of showing that authentically.
