Extremely Dissatisfied
My order was supposedly shipped a week ago and I haven’t received it yet. Furthermore, the tracking number doesn’t reveal any information. I purchased this as a gift and, unfortunately, the time to give it for that reason has passed. ***Update: Tracking FINALLY picked up. USPS hasn’t even received my package yet. It’s still with a “shipping partner”. The package is coming from Ohio. There’s really no reason why USPS hasn’t already gained control of it and why it wasn’t already delivered if it did indeed ship at the time I was notified. Disappointment and frustration builds by the day.
