The staff is great

I've been a member for over 40 years and have never had any issues. Always a great experience.

On December 28th I called in to skip a payment, and I was told everything was good on skipping. A payment and then on January 5th, the payment come out of my account which caused me to be over withdrawn in my account. So no, I'm not very happy with this.

So far we've only dealt with personnel at Mt. Morris that have helped us with our auto loan. The ladies have been very helpful and pleasent.

I went through the Virtual Assistant Drive Through for the first time. I was concerned about depositing a check, and she made it comfortable for me, explaining how to verify my ID and then handling the transaction. I also wanted to make a withdrawal asking for certain bills ($10's). She told me this ATM did not give $10's, and suggested $5's. This is my experience with Consumers Credit Union. They are always willing to work with me when I have an issue. I do like going inside the branch as the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Professional service with honest down to earth experience from service provider's agent representatives. The face to face experience with Consumers Cooperative Credit Union Employees. I could not have a better financial institution at my back when I make a transaction. Thank You!!
