I love my Credit Union the people there are fantastic help me in so many issues. The ladies are great the guys are incredible. So nice to go there is like you see friends.

Rep was great but had to give it to another department to resolve issue. Haven’t heard anything back

My Consumer - what stands out is Consumers willingness to follow up with their members. There are times when an escalation is needed to solve a problem, determining the when and why has been a learning curve that I am confident they will resolve. When you are involved in an escalation process the service is second to none!
