I was sold a subscription for $518 the sales person and website says there is a 30 day guarantee for refund - I did not use the service and tried to cancel after 7 days - they said they would only refund half of my money - Also they were very rude!

For $20 they do nothing more than delete files you can do with internet options. This is a bait and switch. They charge $20 to sell you a better system when you call

Be Aware! I bought the MyCleanPC optimizer for my mom's PC. Downloaded it and ran the complete scan. The program deleted ALL of my mom's saved passwords! She is 80 and not tech savvy. I called their phone number and the tech told me I had to buy another program to prevent this from happening - WTH! I am so glad I reported them to PayPal to get my money back!
