lacking in details of how the shipment is going which brings you some anxiety but the customer servive is good.

UPDATE (July 9, 2026): Customer support reached out to me today and cleared everything up. They explained that they have a standard two-day processing policy for orders, which is why I hadn't seen an immediate confirmation. They have now resent my official order receipt and confirmed that my Handmade Luxury Chess Set is being processed and will ship out soon. I really appreciate the follow-up and the clear explanation. I'm glad the communication issue is resolved and am back to looking forward to receiving the set! —————- I ordered on Monday. Received no confirmation email or text message. I reached out to support on Tuesday and 2 days later still no response. Disappointed as I was really looking forward to the beautiful chess set. Hopefully they get back to me soon or I will need to dispute the charges and get my money back.

The chess set is very well made and of high quality. Courteous service and fast shipping. Thank you!
