Hi Nina, We understand that your experience with CAPNOS did not meet your expectations and transitioning away from vaping or smoking is a very personal experience, and while many customers find CAPNOS helpful for the behavioral and sensory side of the habit, we also recognize that it may not be the right fit for everyone. We also apologize that our return policy and overall process left you feeling frustrated. Our satisfaction guarantee applies to eligible starter devices, while cap packs and flavor packs are generally not eligible for return under our policy due to the nature of those products. However, after reviewing your case, we did make an exception and processed a refund for the flavor packs as a gesture of goodwill in an effort to help reach a fair resolution for you. We truly appreciate you giving our product a try and taking the time to share your honest feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and customer experience.
