I haven't received the product I ordered yes so am not able to provide a proper rating. Dealing with the company with my online order has been a good experience. I have used a Blu Sleep product (pillow) in the past and have like the product very much and am purchasing again.

Came back for more! We can't get enough so we ordered another mattress.

I'm familiar with the product I ordered as my fiance has a Blu Sleep pillow that is several years old now, however trying to order one for myself was frustrating. I reached out to customer service twice to ask a question about the pillow I was interested in purchasing and never received an answer. I then contacted another retailer and was able to have my question answered there. The only reason I ordered directly through the Blu Sleep website instead of the other retailer is because of the 5 year warranty, (only available for purchases directly from Blu Sleep) although, if customer service never answers inquiries I doubt I would be able to follow up on that warranty if I need to! Definitely experiencing some buyer's remorse and I hope I don't have an issue with the pillow I ordered because I may be out of luck if doesn't meet my needs.

You get what you pay for! I bought a $30 memory foam pillow from Amazon and it was awful. This Blu Sleep pillow is worth it. I'm sleeping much better and the scent/cooling cover is amazing. Fast shipping!

I think the pillow is comfortable but the scent is overwhelming.
