It's spam. It's just junk mail. Never asked for it. Don't want it. Please go away. And he flagged this when it’s completely true. I was spammed and harassed, wrote an honest review, and now he’s trying to silence me!

Run from using this company. They are all talk. We managed our Amazon account internally, but decided to us My Amazon Guy's in March 2025. By March 2026 they lost us $200,000 in sales compared to the same time period the previous year. They use marketing teams that our located outside of the US that don't have command of the English language. This caused the messaging on our images to be incoherent because of improper grammar. They also used keywords that had nothing to do with our products, which greatly increased our ad spend and our ACOS. Their answer was to assign me a new team, which they did three times during the year we used them. Each team did worse than the previous team and our sales kept going down while our ad spend kept going up. Their answer, when I told them I was leaving, was to give me a fourth team. They use a one-size-fits-all system for all their customers and they collect their monthly fee all while using very cheap labor in the Philippines. They say all the right things during the sales call, but when it comes to the actual work on your account it is all superficial. They even used a competitors marketing pictures as one of our products images. Save yourself a ton of money and don't use this company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Throughout our partnership, our team worked to improve listings, advertising performance, and overall account management. When concerns were raised, our leadership team made several adjustments including reassigning team members and refining strategies in an effort to better support your brand. While those changes were intended to improve results, we understand from your review that they did not resolve the issues you experienced. We take concerns around creative accuracy, messaging quality, keyword targeting, and communication seriously. Feedback like yours helps us review and strengthen our internal quality-control and review processes. Amazon performance can also be influenced by many factors beyond agency management including inventory levels, pricing, competition, and seasonality. But we always aim to provide clear strategy and execution to support our clients’ growth. We appreciate the opportunity we had to work with your brand and wish you continued success moving forward.

We've been working with My Amazon Guy for about five months now, and the experience has been outstanding. Their design work in particular has really elevated our product listings — the quality and attention to detail are impressive. Communication has also been a standout. They're responsive, proactive, and always keep us in the loop on what's happening with our account. Finding an agency you can actually trust with your Amazon presence isn't easy, but My Amazon Guy has earned that trust over the past several months. If you're looking for a team that delivers great creative work and genuinely cares about keeping you informed, I'd highly recommend giving them a try.

Persistent with helping! They stick with an issue until it's fixed, whether it's bettering our storefront or each product individually. The staff is kind and honest. They are patient with us as we work with them.

MAG has done a great job of filling the gaps needed to be successful as a Amazon Seller. Great communication and keeping the owner accountable for tasks discussed in the scheduled meetings.

Initial order on boarding had some communication issues, and I was a bit surprised upon order acknowledgment to find that I had to pay an additional 400.00 an hour if I wanted to speak with the person whom I hired. I asked for a quick phone call through customer service but never really received an answer. I also felt like I had no control over what the final total bill would be, it was a bit confusing. The total customer service experience I felt could have been better, however once I got past customer service the person I worked with was top notch and resolved the issue. He would get 5 stars.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience we truly appreciate the detailed feedback. We understand there was confusion around communication access and billing. We understand that it wasn’t clear upfront that live calls are outside the standard scope and billed separately and it may have appeared as though you were being billed for 10 hours (Especially since you purchased the Buy one Get one promo), and we apologize that this wasn’t communicated clearly enough at the start. We can absolutely see how that expectation gap would feel frustrating. That said, we’re very glad to hear that once you connected directly with your specialist, the experience turned around and the issue was resolved to your satisfaction. Thank you again for the honest feedback. It helps us refine both our onboarding clarity and overall customer experience.
