Thank you for the review! We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your clear feedback throughout the process. Thanks for trusting us with your project, and we look forward to helping again in the future.
MAG is very responsive and provides a lot of data to help inform decision. We didn't get the financial results we were guided to believe were possible, but Amazon is a tough place to compete and MAG still worked hard.

We’re glad to hear you had a responsive and efficient experience with our team. We appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to help your brand grow!
I've worked with two other agencies and walked away frustrated both times. MAG is a different story entirely. The strategy was sharp, the quality of work spoke for itself, and they handled everything with real professionalism. If you've been burned before, MAG is the one worth trusting!

Thank you so much for the trust and kind words! We know how frustrating it can be to invest in agencies and walk away disappointed, so hearing this means a lot to our team. We’re glad the strategy, execution, and professionalism stood out throughout the partnership. Thank you for giving My Amazon Guy the opportunity to support your brand’s growth!
Hello Viewers, I have started a candle business on Amazon. I hired MAG. I paid them about 7K some for onboarding and 2.5K thereafter, three month minimum. I sent them termination notice 4/28/2026. Month to month contract end date was 5/30/26. So, they sent me an email early termination, and they pro-rated it at $ 1250, because I sent them notice 4/28 instead of 4/30. I just finished paying that. This is the issue: Please be careful not to give them administrative user permissions they quite persistent during on boarding process. I never gave them administrative user permission. Off boarding will become difficult for you, they don't need so many administrative user permissions they are asking for. Like substantial amount marketing companies, according to me they are looking out for themselves. All this money they could not sell 30 candles for me. they took more than 15 K.PPC is sub optimal. According to my experience with them not a good choice at all. Don't say no one told you! I sent them an email I was going to put up a review so here it is!!!

We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to work with your brand during its launch phase on Amazon. Your products entered the marketplace without Brand Registry, reviews, or key account access permissions such as Brand Analytics and SQP, which limited our ability to fully implement optimization strategies including A+ Content, Brand Story modules, and advanced PPC scaling despite repeated requests for access over several months. Throughout the engagement, the account remained in an “At Risk” status due to ongoing access limitations and the challenges of launching a premium-priced niche product in a highly competitive marketplace, and once your trademark became eligible for Brand Registry, we immediately reached out with next-step recommendations while also advising that a stronger DTC focus may better align with your current business goals. Regarding the early termination fee, your agreement included a notice period requirement, and after receiving notice on 4/28 for a 5/30 end date, we prorated the fee to $1,250.
Professional team with deep Amazon knowledge. Guillermo and the MAG team were attentive partners throughout our time together. They delivered consistent account management and were always willing to go the extra mile. Our decision to move on was purely strategic as we shift focus to direct channel and off-Amazon growth — not a reflection of the quality of their work. If Amazon growth is your focus, MAG is worth considering.

This team took the time to learn my business and how to market my product. They are creative and responsive.

Appreciate this! Simple, but it tells me we’re doing the right things. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all, so taking the time to understand your business is step one, and executing fast is step two. Thanks for trusting the team.
Simply the best
