Timothy – I’m very sorry we fell short on the shipping side of your purchase. Sometimes we just mess up. I’ve instructed my business manager to make this right – please be on the lookout for an email from him within the next day or so, and again, I am very sorry we made your purchase difficult and I hope we can make this right. -Crystal

Anthony – very glad to hear you had a great experience with Brian. He’s one of our best salesman and an incredible asset to our sales team. At Missouri Wind and Solar, we’re very proud of what we’ve been doing with pond aeration – we kind of feel like we’re saving one pond at a time with these aeration kits. Just a note, our pond aeration podcast has been one of our most downloaded podcasts. Thank you very much for taking the time to review us and we’re very happy we’ve earned your trust and repeat business. -Crystal

Rob – I’m sorry we fell short on getting you product specifications and the delay in order processing. We really strive to turn our orders around within a day or two but sometimes we fall short. I’ve asked my General Manager, David McDaris, to follow up with you regarding the specifications to see if there is anything else we can do for you. Thank you very much for taking the time to review Missouri Wind and Solar. Despite our shortcoming on this purchase, I hope you’ll consider giving us another chance. -Crystal
