The design off of my measurements where perfect

Hi Kenneth, That’s wonderful to hear! I’m so glad the design worked out perfectly with your measurements. Thank you for trusting us with your project. We look forward to working with you again! Warm regards, Lia
This system is way more labor intensive than "regular" cabling. I'm using Ipe wood posts and it's very difficult to drill the offset holes that you require and is now costing me much more in labor to complete the job.

Hi Thomas, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. I completely understand your frustration — installing our system on Ipe wood posts can indeed be more challenging because of the wood’s hardness and density. The offset hole design is intended to improve cable tension alignment and ensure long-term stability. For better installation, we’ve now introduced a self-tapping tap, which allows the tensioner to work more easily and effectively on hardwood posts like Ipe. We truly appreciate your patience and valuable feedback — it helps us continue improving our system for both DIY users and professionals like you. Best regards, Jane Muzata Team

The instructions were very clear. All the parts were packaged clearly. The only PROBLEM is how the railings connect. For longer runs of handrails they are a bit wobbly and not solid as if welded. The plastic block doesn’t cut it.

Dear Dave, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you found the instructions clear and the packaging well-organized. We also appreciate your constructive comments regarding the railing connection. In our efforts to ensure ease of installation while providing various assembly options, we have adopted this design. However, we understand that this may result in less rigidity for longer runs compared to welded connections. Your feedback has been duly noted and will be shared with our R&D team as an important reference for future product iterations. We are continually striving to find the best balance between strength and convenience in our designs. If you require any further assistance or have more thoughts to share, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always here to help. Thank you once again for your support! Best regards, Eveline
