Shipping delayed by a week
Materials were estimated to be delivered a week ago. Due to the delay, I had to push off my house inspection for a customer. Also the order was shipped in 17 different packages via multiple carriers. Very difficult shipping experience overall

Dear Corey, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and bringing this issue to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your shopping process. We strive to deliver the best quality products and after-sales service, and it's disheartening to learn about your unhappy shopping experience. As we are currently in the peak season, shipping times may be longer than usual. However, we are actively addressing this concern by forwarding it to the carrier to ensure our customers have the best possible experience. We understand that the railing system comprises a significant number of parts and that our products are stored in a non-warehouse, which has led to challenges in parcel distribution. Rest assured, we are continuously working on optimizing the inventory deployment to provide a more streamlined delivery experience. Please know that we are here to assist you in any way possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. Best Regards, Muzata Support Team
