Cancelled my booking and never received a cancellation confirmation. My full refund request was refused. Only after I disputed the charge with my credit card company did Muvr reach out — via text — and they still kept 20% of my money. Read the low-star reviews; the pattern is the same across all of them. If anything goes wrong with your booking, expect to fight for your refund through your bank, not through this app.

First off- I didn’t receive a confirmation email confirming my move booking or even how to reach anyone. Night before I texted to ask for those details. No response. Morning of- nobody showed up in the first hour. I tried calling and emailing the email provided on the website. The number went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail. No response. Full time slot that I booked came and went and still nothing from the “company” This company and website needs to be taken down ASAP! They make it easy to book a “move” take your money. But you’ll never receive the service. Whatever you do—- RUN! This is a straight up scam and cash grab. I’ve disputed the charges. Honestly I don’t know if I’ll get the money back or not because they are asking for evidence. How do you provide evidence that they didn’t show up? How do you show up evidence that they didn’t answer?? Me sitting in the empty space where the sectional that was supposed to be moved? Horrible experience

There’s zero way to contact this company… I paid to have a piece of furniture moved and was never linked with a service provider yet my card was still charged and got no service. STAY AWAY from Muvr.

Don't pay employees their salary; they blocked us when we were trying to follow up on our salary.

Oh wow. Another broker creates a moving company marketplace and the service is awful... Calling themselves MUVR technologies like they are uber when really just a broker doing things the same way since 1980

WORST FAKE COMPANY WITH THE WORST OWNER Owner does not pay employees and with unjust termination. No integrity at all for employees, movers, investors and customers.

Do NOT book with this company. They will scam you. If your items get damaged, they won’t properly process your damage claim they’ll just ignore you until you stop following up. This company is completely unprofessional and disgusting. Also, don’t be fooled by their 5-star reviews. Those are likely fake either paid or from people they know just to make the company look trustworthy. This company has no integrity at all. Beware. I worked for this company for a long time, and based on my experience, Filipino workers are being taken advantage of. Employees are overworked, micromanaged, and there have been cases where workers were suddenly terminated without proper compensation for the work they already completed. This kind of treatment is unfair and deeply concerning. Customers and workers alike deserve honesty, transparency, and respect—but this company fails on all of those. Please be careful and think twice before dealing with this company.
