There was no point in paying for express post, it took longer than expected. Bi focal lens was too shallow. A refund of $20 was accepted, but another 2 pairs with correct depth would have been welcomed.

I was a little worried at first that I was going to get poor quality frames and questionable lenses when I ordered (only because of being online and so inexpensive). But I was delightfully wrong. My glasses are super cute and perfect perscription (even checked by my ophthalmologists!)

This company is a joke. Do not waste your money. We ordered bifocal sunglasses and they were not correct. This company said, "you get what you get". Do not use them.

Hello Austin, you didn't even contact us after you received the package, you went to complain to us, the reason is that what you received did not match the description, we contacted you quickly , we hope you can send pictures or something show what the delivered glasses look like, but you didn't provide anything from start to finish, it's just emphasizing that what you received was not what you bought, We promise that you can contact us if you need to remake, but so far, we have not received any information from you
Very happy with my order but the delivery takes forever. I might prioritize other sellers for this reason, for similar frames.

Hello, the delivery of the package in the US and UK will be fast, it only takes about 2 weeks, but the other countries will be slower, it will take 2-4 weeks, thank you
I can not write a review on the product because I never received my order. I received an empty bag. When I reached out to their customer service I was made to feel as though I was making it up to get free glasses. They made no attempt to fix anything and were very rude. I'm sure their product is fine but I value kindness and service maybe more. I will edit my original review when there has been an investigation. I was informed I may have jumped the gun on my review. Looking forward to a positive outcome.

Hello, when you send us an empty plastic bag, the bag is torn open, the glasses inside are taken, and you tell us that your mail box is locked, we say it's weird, and tell you will investigate, we never wanted to disappoint you, but you gave us a bad review quickly, we don't know why you did that? Let's not investigate and send you a second package ASAP? Sorry,we can't.
