Do not hesitate! I got there pairs of progressives and they are the best

If I knew these were coming from China, I would have ordered elsewhere. Got a message that order was shipped, but from China I guess.

I guess this is a case of buyer beware. I should have read reviews before buying. Ordered 3 pair of glasses in November; One progressive, one regular and one sunglasses. When they finally arrived, after paying for express shipping I was somewhat disappointed with them. The frames for the sunglasses were too wide to begin with and the arms looked like they had been stretched out too far. They are impossible to wear, I even took them to a certified optician to see if they could adjust them and it wasn’t possible without the lenses popping out. I also took the progressives in to have them adjusted and they said that the progressive wasn’t in the right position in the lens and couldn’t be adjusted to work. So now I have two pairs of glasses that I cannot wear. The regular glasses were ok, I was able to adjust them myself. There was a crack in the frame that looked like it was broken in the manufacturing of my glasses and they tried to glue it up. I didn’t say anything to begin with because I needed glasses but now it has gotten worse and tonight the lens fell out as I was cleaning them. When we contacted customer service regarding the first two pairs they tried to say that the problem with the sunglasses was that they were a wider frame to begin with, and there was no addressing the progressives. I asked for both to be replaced and they they would only replace one pair. This is almost $200 for glasses and soon I won’t be able to wear any of them and will have to put out more money to replace them. Overall I am not impressed. I won’t recommend this company to anyone. They have a wide variety of attractive frames to choose from. Pricing was great. Entering my prescription was simple. My glasses arrived in about 2 weeks and the prescription and fit was correct. Very pleased. Will order again.

Sent my prescription in as well as my frame measurements. They still sent the wrong glasses. They kept putting me off when I contacted them and refuse to refund my money unless I return the glasses. I am not returning those glasses in my dime. I was sent defective glasses. My order number is 22312000620. Do not make me another pair. I have 4 pairs of defective glasses. I had my optometrist look at them and he said they were poorly made with cheap lenses. I would just like my money back.

I have ordered a few different times from different online eyewear companies. Muukal Optical has by FAR been the best one. They have hundreds of different frames and styles to choose from, everything and I mean EVERYTHING is super affordable and it doesn't take a month to get here! For someone without basic healthcare, this company has been an INCREDIBLE lifesaver!

Ordered 3 and only one I can wear. They sent me one for replacement and that isn't right either. PD are Way off. I told them I would send them back and to please give refund or try to get pd right and send again. No answer for text or emails I sent them. So if you order plan on the possibility that they all or one only might be right. I'm not gonna post my order number here. You have my emails and text to you. Christine Z. I ordered from Muukal and was very pleased with the quality of my glasses. There was a small mistake on my end, and the customer service was so gracious and professional. Communication was excellent. This company exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be purchasing again in the near future.
