It took me almost three weeks to get my first order. That's standard shipping. I'm sure it would have been faster if I had upgraded the shipping, but standard was free. The customer service is great. They always answer my questions and take care of any issues.

Excellent value glasses and super service from MuukalOptical! They cost hundreds less than a similar pair of glasses offered by my eye doctor. I ordered and received two pairs of prescription sunglasses Muukal. The frames are made with excellent quality and fit as I had hoped. The tint and other coatings on the lenses seem to be excellent during the short time I’ve had them. The progressive optics are very close to my eye doctor’s prescription pair of glasses. Eye fatigue was minimal after 9 hours of driving with them on. I’m very satisfied!

I got a total of 5 pairs of glasses from Muukal so far. Their service is great. They always double check prescriptions & verify with me if they have doubts. Pricing is great and quality is good. It takes about a couple weeks to arrive but that is acceptable as the local optical store took even longer.

I got in on the three pair deal. And I am totally happy with my experience. Will definitely recommend to all my friends. One pair had a problem with the bifocal, I messaged and they very promptly fixed them. Was great to work with..

With muukals prices I was expecting very low quality, but hoping I would be proven wrong. I was proven wrong. I am so impressed with the quality.
