Arrived little high cost still i have it

Very fast shipping and a good deal on some tools on sale.

This is the first time I bought something from Mutual Screw & Supply; they were one of the few companies that came up in my search carrying the product I was interested in, so I gave them a try. I thought it was a nice touch to follow-up my order with a personal email introducing me to my account manager, and shortly before receiving the product, I received a follow-up invoice to the one I received immediately after my order. In sum, my brief experience with Mutual Screw & Supply was positive, leaving me with the impression that this is a very professional company that takes their mission seriously. On the other hand, I did have to wait for the product for more than a week, and I didn't get a tracking email---as far as I remember--which may have helped alleviate some of my anxiety. Just before getting the product, I did receive what seemed like an automated email asking me if I got the product, which sort of increased my anxiety. Otherwise, I am happy with my experience.
