Terrible, took order, said it was shipped to me and arrived, then canceled after learning their supplier had none. Jaime and the jokers are worthless. my order was MS3013

We bought what should have been a trust brand from them. The drill bits bent when we used them. I sent photos and an explanation. The whole situation was handled exceptionally quick and painless. The manufacturer took the remaining bits back and issued replacements for the complete order. Mutual Screw facilitated the whole process and made it easy. Everything was replaced in about a week back in February. Can't thank them enough. I've used them for years. Just ordered another 100 bits, but we are using their recommended brand as they are better. Thanks for always being quick and helpful.

Its agood supplier for these products and have good quality and it deliverd on time but some delays happened also so service is good but need to be improved better .. it differs from person to another so its supposed to check product descriptions first and time for delivery..
