Great and clear customer service. They were super quick to get back to me, and help me with what I needed. Also, their selections of songs are amazing.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are always happy to help. Have a wonderful day!
Musicbed gave me a quick and sincere response to my inquiry about how I can best share my music with them. It made me feel they were taking me seriously right from the beginning. No condescending vibe at all and that says a lot about a company that works in such an insanely competitive space. I can't recommend their services highly enough.

Thanks so much Jesse! That means a lot to us. Best of luck!
They will trick you to a yearly subscription (with 12 installments being the fine print) to a music subscription service that doesn't match their -many- competitors in either quality or value.

Hi Musaab, really sorry to hear you were not satisfied with how we communicated the annual term! We try to underline the annual nature at multiple points of the checkout flow, and have a separate checkbox to acknowledge the annual agreement before you're able to make a purchase. That of course does not change the fact that you had trouble with the process! I'd love to hear what specifically felt misleading so that we can improve for next time! Thank you so much for your time and candid feedback.
Excellent thanks you

Glad you enjoy Musicbed Tuelo! I wonder if I might ask what would've made it a five-star experience? It helps a lot!
