I’ve used them for years now! Anytime YouTube tries to flag me for song use, I contact Musicbed and they fix it so fast!

I’ve been a long-term Musicbed subscriber, and as a digital creator—primarily on YouTube with 375,000 subscribers and over 50 million views—I rely on their music constantly. The catalogue is excellent, but what really stands out is the support. On the rare occasion something goes wrong, the Musicbed team is consistently responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful. Whatch out! You can't turn off renewal until 30 days before it renews! Wow, I must say this is such a cheap move from Musicbed. I subscribed for 1 year and barely used it so I never thought much of it. Suddenly I got an email saying I just renewed for another year. I thought shit I forgot to turn it off, oh well now I'm stuck with it for another year. Logged in to turn it off and guess what? You can't turn it off until 30 days before it renews. The reason is "to avoid interrupted user-experience". I mean really? That's some bs. You already have my money for an entire year! If you are worth it, I will continue using it. Don't force me to stay and pray for me to forget cancelling in time. Like come on Musicbed, are you really THAT poor that you must make money this way? I will NEVER go back to Musicbed, nor will I recommend it to anyone! To Musicbed: you claim doing this is for the benefit of the customers, that "for our clients who work with a high volume of projects, a delay like that can be detrimental to their workflow". What delay? You mean my account just gets deleted in one day if I don't have an active subscription? Please save me the BS! Don't be so obvious in treating me like a stupid person, please! Let me help you: let us cancel anytime and IF we enjoy your service and for some godforbidden reason can't live without it, we WILL renew. Yes you make sure to send me one reminder 30 days before but that is, thank god for taking your time! You know one single email can easily get lost. I know you don't care one bit but you lost a potential customer. You COULD have made more money out off me but no.

To provide more clarity, this policy is in place to avoid turning off renewal early in the subscription, changing one's mind later on, forgetting to renew, and then losing access. This might seem trivial, but for our clients who work with a high volume of projects, a delay like that can be detrimental to their workflow. We make sure to send a notice of renewal as soon as the 30-day window opens so you don't wind up with an unexpected charge when the subscription does renew.
