Have had my fs17 server for just over a month already. And the entire time people who have joined have said how great their connections have been.

They obviously don't know what the hell they are doing. EVERY. TIME. they said they "fixed" my starbound server, it errored more than it fixed it. they don't even fix it at ALL, just more errors. if i had no other host, i would've already quit with these people. Also, you have to ASK them to add plugins, and a majority i added didn't even make it. i really don't like this service. they DO NOT look at logs, or even FIX the server correctly. 0 stars.

We offer FTP for Starbound so you are able to add and remove server files and mods at your own delight. Server keeps crashing "There response - I have just investigated this issue and it would appear that your server is up and running correctly, and you have 1 player online. Can you confirm that you can access the server?" All they have done is looked on the server info seen me playing and did nothing.....LOOK AT THE LOGS ALL THE INFO IS THERE....wow

Ok so it was a good server and it was set up and fast but... You could not add your own plugins without them being viewed and they only had a set amount of plugins

Honestly, the customer service is the only reason why they have two stars, tried to play a factorio map but ran into countless problems, some of which the customer had to resolve himself because the customer service were too slow.
