Had a server for one month and half the time it was either down or lagging. I had to submit multiple tickets to have the issues resolved and little to no effort was made on their behalf until I finally got someone who knew what they were doing.

How fitting is Multiplay's refund policy, "We can't offer a refund after 5 days". Well my problems started on day 6, having had 6 weeks of trouble with them I finally called it a day and moved server provider. In this time I lost significant player base which took a lot of my hard work to build up. The final straw was when my RUST server was down for a total of 26 hours to which the unhelpful condescending admins actually told me how to search for a Rust server in game. Unbelievable... They can not update servers to save their lives instead when the update goes wrong (which it always did) they blame someone else. The wait time for a ticket is over 3 hours to which you get a half arsed comment back to you, which might I add is completely utter dogs drool. I bet this comment will either get deleted or below they will reply with "Hello James, I am sorry blah blah blah" Enough is enough. DO NOT BUY from these (unless you want a crap game server which lags and is down for 40% of the time) Thanks

Hello James, I would like to apologise for the slow response times that you've been experincing, we're running with a smaller sized team than normal, which means that we aren't able to respond instantly. I know this isn't an excuse, but I can promise that this will improve over time. As explained in your ticket, we can't give you a refund as you've had your server with us for almost 2 full months. Our Terms of Service makes this very clear and also explains that issues like the ones you've been seeing can't always be fixed. I would always suggest that you read the ToS before purchasing anything on the internet so that you know exactly what can and can't be done with the service you are purchasing. I'm more than happy to talk to you via your ticket in order to help you understand the problems you've been experiencing and what we can / can't do in terms of fixing them. Terrible service Poor server management, lack of control and losing player base due to the ridiculous system in place for rust server updates Poor service from support staff, they don;t read the tickets properly and provide unhelpful answers Go with Fragnet if you want a decent rust server, Multiplay are below par in every way compared Will never use again Update: promised a refund for issues, no refund issued. Stay clear of multiplay
