Accidentally ordered an item, sent email to cancel right away (within 3 minutes) because there was no cancel option, they didn’t email me back until it had shipped and now I’m stuck paying return shipping on a heavy item that I don’t even want.

Seamless experience from start to finish. Website is very informative, whether pricing your order together or going with a curated package. Miguel answered all my questions and helped me stop second guessing myself. Danny even sent me an email to let me know of an equipment failure. Which led to a very small delay. Never had that occur, ever. Everything that was supposed to be in the box was in the box. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. Just caps off the journey perfectly.
