I am the owner of 2 standard poodles. I struggled with mud and dirt and wet paws constantly until I tried Muddy Mats. I started with just a couple of mats. I now have 9 Muddy Mats in my house. They are truly a game changer. I was skeptical that this was another hype to get you to buy something that didn’t perform as advertised. I was terribly wrong. Muddy Mats do exactly what they advertise. If you struggle with trying to keep your floors clean give Muddy Mats a try.

These rugs are great. They are very well made. Super soft and they catch everything. Another plus is my cats love laying on them. Oh and when I say they catch everything I'm including they catch all the litter the cat paws track out.

I tried a less expensive dog mat, that looked like a muddy mat. There was really no comparison. Muddy mat is of very Good quality. I've had several since December and liked them very much. So I decided to get the outdoor mat, and that is proven to be excellent as well. What is also impressive, is the customer service. That means a lot to me.

I placed my order on the actual website and when it was placed, I was given a fairly quick arrival by date. My order was actually fulfilled by Amazon. When I finally did receive the order (much later than promised) it was incomplete. When I spoke with customer service they did offer to send the missing items. In mean time I opened the rug, and it was not as plush nor soft as they claim. I could feel every knot in the rug which was uncomfortable to stand on. I contacted customer service and had the order for the missing items stopped and requested a refund. I had to provide pictures of the items I received in order to have the refund started. It was explained to me that I would have to ship it back to their warehouse and they would inspect the items before a refund could be issued. All of which makes sense to me. I shipped them back on 7/3/26 and they received the box on 7/7/26. I called today to follow up on the status, and the rep had to check the system. After 5 minutes she was able to see it was received and she could process the refund. When I asked why there was such a delay, she said "we have been getting a lot of returns and there is a backlog" I asked if I hadn't called when would this have been processed. She apologized and said we have a back log because of all the returns. Avoiding giving me an answer. I would never ever purchase this product again nor recommend it to anyone!
