Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I love the rugs but I wish I could pick different colors instead of just one

I purchased 2 muddy mats a couple of months ago for my entry way works great for trapping mud and dirt from my one dog and two people Now I just purchased 2 more mats for my bathroom works great when you get out of the shower no slipping and lots of colors to pick from truly a great product

I love these mats. They are great in absorbing water by the tub after showering. No other mat I tried in the past did the job. I love all the color choices too!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered 2 medium beige mats & 1 small white mat. What they did wrong: They added THREE Grey mats (that I can’t use at ALL! Even though I did an immediate chat to correct the issue. They charged me $108 for something that should have been under $50! Then when I’ve emailed: First email: We can offer you a $20 gift card on future orders…. Second Email: We can let you keep the other mats with a 20% discount… Third Email: Our Company can not accept returns due to error on our side. We can offer you a 50% off offer… So they want you to pay $52 for mats you can’t use? If the company WONT take returns that should be posted somewhere?!?

These are a great product. I have used them for years and they last forever. I just bought new ones for my dogs because I love the updated fun new colors. If you have pets, kids or just wanting less dirt and stuff in the house, muddy mats are a must.

I ordered a large mat for my LARGE labradoodle. She immediately loved it and sleeps and rests on it throughout the day...........however, at night, she sleeps beside me in the BIG bed.

My first review: “I thought it was a great product until I washed it for the first time. The stitching on the border came out ☹️.” Update: I did not expect a response nor did I complain directly to the company. However, their team quickly responded to my review and are sending a replacement even though it is past the 90 day window! I’m impressed. Hopefully, the replacement will hold together. If it does, I’ll give the 5th star.

We bought a dog bed and we were hoping our dog would like it. Well, she loved it out of the box. She rolls on it, digs on it, and then rolls up on it to sleep. It’s easy to move about our house and it works great.
