Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I have bought 3 muddy mats and they are all different. Still have muddy paw marks and I only have cats. I recently washed one, it was outside in 30° heat all day, still wet in the evening so put it out again the following day, all day!! Not impressed.

I love my Muddy Mats. I purchased three small mats about 2 years ago. I am very satisfied with their softness and absorbency. They go in the washer and dryer without a problem, and the backing has held up very well. They look great even after a couple years. I plan to buy more, and I am glad to see more sizes and colors. This is a quality product in my opinion.

I LOVE this mat!! My cat used to track litter all over my apartment floor and now it’s stays only on the mat.

Does not do what it says on the tin! Do not buy! First off VAT and delivery plus VAT added after i had authorised payment!!! Thanks paypal! Then it arrives and i test it, video my dog coming in walking across mat and onto white paper. Big paw marks left on paper. No better than a cheap bath mat, yet i have paid over £50 for two mats! Complain and ask for them to pay return and full refund, no they expect me to pay for tracking return and lose more money when they have clearly mis-sold something, which is against trading standards in UK. I suggest a partial refund to reflect the true value of buying two cheap bath mats. Refused, paypal involved, but could only refund if i returned myself. This would mean we losing over £14 because they pretend their mats can soak up water and leave dogs paws clean when they can't! I don't trust them to refund the purchase price even if i did return them. Avoid, they are not a good company and they sell a misrepresented product. Don't be fooled!

I have now purchased 4 Muddy Mats. I have 3 of the large and one of the runner styles. I do not have any pets but find them very nice for our Motorhome. We are full-tiime RV'ers and often are at campsites or RV parks that are not always on concrete. The mats are very useful at keeping down the dirt that we would normally have tracked onto our tile floors. They are easily washed in our onboard washer. I just put them outside over a chair to dry. Love them

A part of my order was missing when delivered. I panicked, but the customer service team worked delingently to resolve the issue and the missing item was received quickly.

I received my rugs and am very pleased with their quality. Having throw rugs that don’t slip and move are extremely important especially for older people. These rugs will not only help limit my dog from tracking in dirt to the house but will not be a trip hazard for me. Thank you!

Muddy mat is definitely a time saver. No need to mop my floors time to time just to remove the muds from my dog's paws. Plus, it's super absorbent. I love the fabric. And most importantly, it's safe for pets. For me, as a customer, it's really a must try.
