Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Great product, super absorbent on mucky paws and boots and non slip too. Love the size (monster mat), great for inside my French doors. My dog loves to lay on it and watch the world go by. Quick delivery, washes well with no colour loss.

Absolutely horrendous return experience. The product is decent but they do not honor their 60 day money back guarantee. I purchased three of these products. I planned on keeping two and returning the one that does not fit under my door. Trying to return is impossible. Every day for the last seven days I have gotten an email offering a better discount if I keep the item and no information on how to return. I continue to ask how to return and nothing. I finally threatened to return everything and was asked to provide pictures of the product, skus, and original packing list. Still no direction on how to pack and return. I cannot believe more people are not complaining about similar experiences. Never before have I had such a horrible experience.

Unless you can teach your dogs to wipe there feet it does not work.

We use a muddy mat in our motor home. It’s fab at keeping the floors clean and simple to shake out. You will be Matt how much dirt it holds 🙈. It’s fab after a trip to the beach or a woodland walk. I totally recommend Muddy mats

I had an issue with my dog not using the dog bed and I asked to return it. The customer service rep gave me some suggestions to help him get used to his new bed. This is the first time in a long time that a company tried to help with the issue in this way. The rep then offered a discount as a gesture of good will. The rep was great and it made me feel good to be treated like a real person instead of just a number and a profit margin.

The product does what they advertise. Easy to clean and they look great through the house. Option of colors to choose from. The stitching on the edges could be a bit stronger. My large mat is coming apart. But I am a customer for life! Don't go out an buy a knock off. You'll just waste your money!

Not a pet owner and still love these Muddy Mats. Great by the doors and kitchen sink. Like having color choices too. Hope they add more colors. Probably going to get some for our bathrooms too.

I love my Muddy-Mats! My dogs love them so much that I can't have one at my front door anymore. They'll lay on it all day and bark at anyone walking by. I have to keep them away from my front door because my dogs love to sleep on them.
