Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I bought 5 of these mats. The best mats ever for kitty litter traction. I threw out all my plastic litter mats. Muddy mats is 10 times better than any litter mate I bought. I work cat rescue and have fostered many cats and kittens. I've tried everything. You won't be sorry with muddy mats. I think I may order a few more.

The best thing about these rugs is that you hardly have to rub your feet on them (even though we still do). They catch so much dirt and hair from our dog! I have bought five of these (had to have them for the camper too). You throw them in the wash and can dry them in the dryer --i try to air dry or dry on lower temps if possible, just a personal preference. My order came in when it said it would. 😀

If there are positive reviews about this company, they are fake. My mom ordered a rug a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. They gave her a $25 gift card for the delay. I used it to order a pillow for a kennel. They charged me full price and didn't take off the $25. Plus when I ordered the pad, it said "order in 10 minutes and you'll get it by Dec. 22". That was yesterday. They're telling me it's ready to ship today. I am 100% sure we will never get the products we ordered.

I purchased 2 of these mats because my backyard gets so muddy when it rains. I have 3 dogs and I have even placed the mats in front of each other trying to make it longer that they have to walk on when coming in from outside. The mats are constantly sliding every where so all day long I'm fixing them and putting them back into the place where they belong. My 3 girls Callie (Pit/Cattle Dog Mix,) Maggie (Border Collie Mix,) and Kinsley (Border Collie) come in from outside when and with muddy paws especially Kinsley walk across the mats, and keep tracking all of their muddy paw prints across the floor. They Don't Work At All. I Left A Review just like this one on their actual website and they took it down and asked me why I didn't contact them about the problem. These Mats Don't Work Please Don't Waste Your Money Like I Did. They are Not Cheap.

I ordered Muddy Mats for gifts for Christmas. I got an email saying they were shipped on 12/16/24. I have written 5 emails to the company for information and gotten no reply on tracking information. I sent one today telling them to cancel the order and refund my money. This is awful that they don't reply when they say "Just contact us we are here to help" NOT REALLY!

I have these mats in multiple places both in our home and our small RV. I recently purchased 3 more (buy 2 get one free) because one of our Bernese Mountain dogs was in the end stage of battling cancer and was having some issues on some of our bare floors. I was able to place the mats in a way that could safely and comfortably navigate throughout the house. I also use them under our water bowls for the dogs...my Pyrenees puppy still likes to drop her tennis balls in the water bowls and then "dig" them out splashing water as she tries to get them. Another area I use them is in front of cat litter boxes. I had tried a number of different specifically marketed "anti litter tracking mats" which didn't live up to their promises. I put down Muddy Mats in front of the boxes and no more tracked litter. With 3 big dogs (used to be 4), 8 cats and the fact that I foster for 2 different cats rescues and a Great Pyrenees rescue, my house will never be in Home and Gardens magazine but Muddy Mats have helped cut down on a lot of the mess.

They charged me for an order I did not complete (authorize)!!!!!I sent a cancellation email but they charged me and shipped it anyway! Also they illegally bait and switch!! They say buy to and get one, but they end up giving you a medium mat, even if you bought two large mats, that is not honest!!!

Ordered 11/24/2024 They added an item for 9.99 and added shipping. I told them I did NOT order the item nor could use it. Bank got that back for me. Still have NOT received the MuddyMat I ordered. Keep asking where and get the same answer back. Check tracking number. Today almost a month later I asked for a refund. Still no reply. Do NOT order from the company. You can but the Muddy Mat on Amazon and WalMart. Wish I could block all the ads I get from this company.
