Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I live in a tiny house with 3 big dogs and a huge yard with lots of dirt and mud. These have been a life saver for my house and sanity! I have them on the front porch and inside the entry. By the time the dogs get in, there is barely anything on their feet! I wish I could give extra stars!!!

Our order was never completed by me, but they finalized and placed the order. When I called their so-called "Customer Service" I was on hold for thirty minutes with no service what so ever! I have also contacted them via email unsuccessfully. RUN AWAY, DONT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM!!!

I ordered 2 Muddy mats plus one free, and the web site kept asking me to add stuff which I turned down, finally they offered a free pair of washing mits which I decided to get since they were free. ANd I added $7.99 I believe for FedEx shipping. so the total should have been just under $78 but I got billed over $96 they charged me 9.99 for the mits that were suppose to be free and I have no clue how they came up with the total they billed my CC. And evidently they have lost my order because I got a tracking # 7 days ago but FedEx still does not have my package.

Well let's see. I ordered it 12/7/24. 12/11/24 I asked them for a tracking number because one wasn't given to me. Apology made stating due to surge in demand shipment delayed, but will be prioritized in the next 48-72 hrs. Est time frame up to 10 business days. 12/14/24 I responded that doesn't justify not being given a tracking #. 12/15/24 i was given same previous response.. 12/17/24 still no tracking #. I asked has my order been escalated. 12/19/23 They acknowledged how frustrating this must be. 1 of the 3 items I ordered is out if stock will be happy to provide expected delivery for back ordered item. I thanked them for update. 12/21/24 According to them it was prepared and will ship via fedex. Allow 3 business days for tracking # to become active. 1/1/25 Your order is on its way. I replied on 1/5/25 I haven't received anything yet.. 1/6/25 Delivered finally.

I bought two of the beds for my dogs for their Christmas gifts. The beds are just wonderful! Very soft and fluffy and the girls love them. They also washed up very well. Very pleased with these products and money well spent! Many thanks!

Update: after writing on here it’s now arrived. Ordered in November and still no sign. Got the order confirmation and then nothing at all. No communication of when I should expect it. Even if they’d just sent an email with some sort of date it would have been better than nothing. I’m now reporting to bank as I think this might be a scam :(

Be absolutely sure your Muddy Mats will fit under your open door! Returns are a nightmare, they demand photos of the shipping label on the pkg. you rec'd and well as a photo of the order. Your must return in the plastic bag from them (the mats were compressed and are difficult to return to the bag). The Shipping return cost to the customer is over 1/2 the cost of the mats. When you complain they attempt a upsell - . Muddy Mats are available from other seller. AVOID This Company!

I first bought 2 Muddy Mats when I got a new puppy 2 years ago when she wasn't quite housebroken. I was skeptical at first. But after I received them and started to use them, it was awesome. My floors never got wet when the puppy had an accident. Muddy Mats are so fantastic that I now have approximately a dozen of them in various colors and sizes around the house. Whenever they get dirty or soiled, I just pick them up and put them in the wash. They come out as if they are brand new. They have saved me from buying area rugs that have to thrown out when too dirty to clean. I have allergies so if I use rugs they have to be clean. With Muddy Mats this isn't an issue. I will never buy any other rugs again.
