Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Washed muddy mat once the edge binding stitches on one end have all come undone.

I placed an order for one mat and was charged 3 times in paypal. I notified the company and got a response several days later saying not to worry that they corrrected it and only showed one order place, yet my paypal was never credited for the 2 additional charges made on it. I continued to try calling which is futile because you are on an eternal hold and I emails their customer service many many many times with no answer and guess what, I got 2 more mats delivered to my house. : ( I emailed their customer service regarding that and still no answer and this all occurred in mid december.

At first I thought no way will a rug do that. Then I bought one and was so happy!!! No more muddy paw prints or bits of dirt on the floor. I now have these Mats at every doorway. I would recommend these Mats to anyone that has a Furbaby or is getting one!!

Ordered 3 muddy mats over a month ago, charged over $130 and they were never delivered. Supposedly shipped on 12/27/24 but even tracking says they were never delivered. You can't get them on the phone, you are just on hold until you give up. Waiting on an email response. Based on other reviews here, this company has major problems.

We have 5 of these so far and love them!! So soft and absorbent. Would highly recommend! Customer service is great to work with too.

Muddy mats save us. We have 4. One by each door. One under her eating station. The best purchase!

I bought 1 sml and 1 runner originally, I have 2 lrg breed Dogs and the Mud they bring in on their feet is horrendous. As soon as I put them down and the Dogs came in the difference was phenomenal, no mud, slightly damp feet but most trapped in the mats. I went and bought 2 more runners.

When I first saw a commercial for Muddy Mat, I was like, yea, right! But I ordered one! I have an 80 lb GSD a 100 lb lab plus a messy husband! I am absolutely thrilled with the Muddy Mat! My son and daughter in law immediately ordered 2 for her 2 GSD’s 2 kids and her messy husband! Best thing I’ve ever bought!! Thank you so much for this great product! My floors have never looked better!!!
