Hi Mary, we're delighted to hear that Ellie loves her new bed. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we're glad we could provide something she enjoys.
This is a follow up to my review of two days ago. Muddymats did respond to my wife and sent the return authorization. I believe this was done prior to my earlier review being seen by them. Still, not a smooth encounter for us.

I would not buy from them . I bought 2 large Mats and was supposed to a small one free, instead I got 2 small and one large . I know i paid what they said for 2 Mats and they wanted me to pay for the correction.

Great product. I have 6 of them. well worth the cost. I do however recommend the next to the smallest size as they are perfect for a door entry way and are lots easier to fit in the washing machine than the larger or longer ones. like anything else after years worth of constant washing the backing will start to deteriorate. Still worth every penny! I buy new ones as needed!

I was very upset the checkout was the way it was. I kept getting pop up suggesting sale of anti slip grips for the muddy mat. I was purchasing because they claim it is anti slip. However the grip is nice and have not noticed any slippage. But with the B2G1 and 70% off deal. 3 rugs were almost $80. They are not great. I like them and equate them to a expensive $15 mat at Walmart quality at the most. Will ne purchasing them again.
