Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Shipped quickly. Great quality. And the puppy loved it immediately! Perfect place for puppy to settle.

When I received my order, my box was crushed and looked…taped. When I looked in the box, not all my ordered items were there. I contacted customer service, sent pictures of the box and they replaced the missing item. I have purchased “like” products that do not work as well; don’t wash up or dry as well. I do have one of the big area rugs s as well as the mats and I love them. The paw mitt, although I didn’t order it ( it came with the order as the extra) is great. I wouldn’t have tried it but now that I have it, I totally recommend it!

After receiving 3 dog beds ,I noticed they were not fluffy After I spread the stuffing around. The staff at Muddy Mat responded immediately and told me what I could do to fluff up the dog beds. Thank you again

Muddy Mat has all the colors you will ever need to fit every room in your house. They arrive quickly, are soft, and stay put. All of my animals love them. I have 1 dog and 2 cats. They love to sleep on the soft fibers. The best thing about Muddy Mats is that you can pick them up, put them in the washer, put them in the dryer, and they come out just as soft and fluffy as when you first got them!

I had ordered a few things from Muddy Mat a few months ago. The dog beds were too big and I wanted to send them back and get the small beds. Instead of sending them back, Muddy Mat wanted me to keep them and send me a $50 e-gift card. I agreed. When I went to use the gift card the other day, I could not find it anywhere on our e-mail. I e-mailed Muddy Mat and let them know and asked if they could send another gift card. The next day I had a new $50 e-gift card in my e-mail. Thank you Muddy Mat.

I love Muddy Mat! I have several in my house and plan to get more! They really pick up dirt and are easily washed. Highly recommend.

My original order was midelivered. I notified muddy mats. They graciously resent my order and it has been received. I love mats and I love thier customer service. There will be another order later.

The easy ordering and quick receipt of my order. Absolutely love the rug considering I have 3 large German shepherd s going in and out ( one of them opens the door him self... ) it really does grab what's on their feet. Definitely will be ordering more!
