Thank you for your feedback, Janine! We're thrilled to hear you love the rugs and appreciated the free mat. It was a pleasure assisting you, and we’re grateful for your support.
The backs of these mats are wonderful. They don’t slip and slide. They wash well. What I wish is that the sizes were true. Your large size is actually more like a big small. I wouldn’t even give it credit for being medium.

Hi Joni, we're glad our customer service met your expectations and appreciate your support.
I’d give this company a low review. My story is a simple return request. My order was placed through the VYD site. I never received a confirmation nor a return label in the package. It’s taken 4 e-mail to ask for a return label. My reason was the item was not useful for me.

The first mat was not delivered (someone else must be enjoying it). I contacted Muddy Mat and they offered to resend it. It arrived no problem. The customer service is fantastic I just can't believe how accomodating all your people are. True Customer Service. Thank you.

That muddy mats were delivered quickly and customer service was very helpful and extra friendly! I now have 6 mats, of different sizes, in different areas and in this house of grand central, the dirt and leaves stay on the mats now. Not all over floors!! What took me so long to order them? I have no explanations. Just glad I finally did!!
