Thank you for sharing your feedback, Mariellen. We’re glad to know you are pleased with the mats.
I accidentally ordered it since my credit card is linked to my phone. I caught it right away and messaged them. So after a week they finally responded and gave some excuse when though they charged my account already. Finally after 3 weeks they said they would refund it since I never even received product. Then the next day they charged my credit card again and they shipped it out even though I have an email cancelling order and refunded the money. Customer service is way below standard and not helpful at all. So now my card is charged again without even receiving the product.

Our dogs love the mats as much as I do. Both of them have taken to sleeping on them! They are very soft and absorbent and keep the floors clean.

I ordered 3 Matt's on November 15th 2025. They emailed me that my order would be delivered Friday November 28th. It did not show up and I did not get word it would be delayed. I tracked it and it said it was in West Jefferson Ohio, and stayed there for 5 days without moving. Now as of December 8th it has stated my order will delivered today, it has said this for the past 3 days. I have emailed them 6 times regarding this and I get no reply. I've called the 205-857-3028 several times and no matter what extension I push, it just rings and rings with no answer. So at this point I don't know if I'll ever get my rugs or if I lost my money. Buyer beware of this company.

Just love the quality of your merchandise. I have ordered dog beds, mats, and rugs and all are awesome. The dogs love the beds and of course mom loves the mats and rugs keeping the floors clean. Thank you so much. You are the BEST!

Hi Linda, we appreciate your positive feedback and are glad the dogs and mom are enjoying the products.
Never received the order I paid for. Contacted their customer service team numerous times only to receive the same response from an AI bot. I do not expect to receive my order and this company is worthless.

I have heard a lot of great things about this product and wanted to purchase several muddy mat items. However, I have tried to order at least 2 different times and it will not allow my purchase because it will not deliver to my TN address.
