Shipping did take longer than I would have liked but I love the mats so it was worth the wait! I did only recieve 2 instead of 3 mats and the problem was addressed immediately and rectified!! Amazing customer service!!!!

I placed an order on December 2, 2025. On December 14 I received an email saying it was on its way and provided a tracking number. The tracking stated then as well as now that “label has been prepared”. On Dec 28 I received an email asking how I was enjoying my purchase. I hadn’t gotten it yet. I replied stating that. Then I received a reply saying that due to high volume I’d receive a response within 48-72 hours. Today is January 10 and I received nothing- no email, no call and definitely no mat. Today I called customer service, which I probably should have done sooner. The automated response to my order status was that it had been delivered- NO it had not. When I finally got a person on the phone he said there has been a backlog for the past month. It’s been over a month since I placed my order. He said he was going to check with the fulfillment center to see if they could expedite the order. He came back saying they would process the shipment of my order- and there would be no charge. No charge??? I paid for this back in December! And why does it take a call like this to process my order? I was finally told I’d receive a refund for shipping- $7.48. I was given a new order number- don’t know why - and told I’d have tracking information within 48-72 hours and up to 10 business days after that to receive the order. So it’ll be at least another 2+ weeks to get it. That will make it almost 2 months since I placed the order. Why do they continue to run big sales when they can’t fulfill the orders they already have???? As of today, Jan 13, I still have not received a tracking number. And I received an email as a follow up to my phone call stating that I could get a refund or just wait for fulfillment. This is not what I was told on the phone. I still keep getting texts and emails with discount offers for Muddy Mat. How can they do that when they are so far behind in fulfilling orders they already have.

I love your products, however I find your ordering process very sketchy. Once you make your selection, you're given many options for upsell items. You don't get to see your cart until your order is compete and if you've inadvertently added one, there is no way to remove it from your cart without contacting customer service. This last order I was offered a "free" item, which I accepted. When I saw my cart, I had been charged $9.99 for it. When I finally was able to contact customer service I was told the charge was for shipping and handling. The charge was removed, but I feel I was duped into buying something.

I placed my order on Dec 15, 2025. It is now January 9, 2026 and I have not received my order. I tried emailing customer service inquiring about the status of my order and all I get in response is an AI generated email saying that I should see shipping confirmation within 48-72 hours. I waited 72 hours then requested my order be canceled and the charges be credited to my credit card. I received (1) AI generated email saying my request is being reviewed and I will have a response in 48-72 hours. I have tried calling, but the automated message says they is no one available to take my call. It seems to me that they don't actually employ humans but rather computers and machines. Al I want is to speak with a person in management at Muddy Mat so that my order can be canceled and my money returned to me.

I ordered and paid for three Muddy Mats and ended up having to asking for a refund. I never received the product. It took less than 24 hours for my money to come out of my account and 2 weeks to get a refund! The customer service sucks because they can't speak English very well, it took them 9 days to agree to a refund even though they could not send the product in a timely manner.

We needed a refund for a product we ordered. We tried to modify our order after we realized we did not need that product. The holiday got in the way. After receiving our wonderful MuddyMats, we requested a return and refund on the unneeded product.. Both were taken care of to our complete satisfaction in just a few hours. Love our MuddyMats!! We will order again.
