Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Great product for my dogs. Soft comfortable and supports their body well.

I’ve bought so many dog beds over the years trying to find a good one. And finally we have. The Muddy Mat is it!!!! Finally. A great dog bed. Both my dogs love it. Thank you!

Muddy Mat dog bed is the best doggie bed in the world. Our sweet pup loves her bed … She climbed right on her bed the minute I opened the package. I wasn’t sure if she would like the bed … I was wrong … she loves the bed. It’s everything and more. Soft and very comfortable for our almost 10 yr old Shih Tzu. I’m not getting paid for this review. It’s truly an amazing product. We love our Muddy Mat Doggy Bed.

Well when I got my first Muddy large Muddy dog bed I wasn't very happy. So I contacted Muddy Mat and they were wonderful to work with. They get to you right away and sent me a new dog bed and it was perfect! My dogs love their Muddy Dog beds! Even I laid on it and its so soft and comfy. THANK YOU MUDDY MAT!!

Be very careful when you order. I ordered two large dog beds and never received an email or text that I ordered. The check out was confusing so I thought I made a mistake. I waited about an hour for a confirmation and when I didn't get it I ordered again one hour later. Then both orders showed up on my credit card with in a couple of hours. I immediately contacted the company to cancel one of the orders (again within a couple of hours) and they said it was too late to cancel. I would need to pay the shipping to send them back which is expensive because the boxes are big. I ordered on a Friday night and canceled one order on the same Friday night and they decline the cancelation. Terrible customer service. Be careful when ordering.

Delivery was fast and the mats were well-packaged. It's been almost two years since I bought our mats and they are still in perfect condition. The absorption is great and we also use one underneath our pup's water bowl.

I really wanted to get these mats but muddy mats order procedure was absolutely ridiculous!  I was offered 3 packs of 4 anti slip pads for .99 each.  Now when I see 3 packs of 4 that means each pack is .99. Nope, you got me for $11.88 by charging for each piece, not pack. And having to go through all of the offers telling me I don't care about my dogs if I don't buy your products?? That was frustrating and very telling about your company. So far, just with the order and checkout experience, I'm already disappointed.  I have a feeling I will be sending my products back if your items are as deceiving as the website. Very sad that something I've waited to have the extra money to buy has already been a disappointment. I was asked if I would recommend muddy mat to anyone at the end of my order process before I Eben have my product! That is a very big NO from me. I originally tried to email this message to the Muddy Mat company per their email address on their website.  It came back as undeliverable. I attempted to send it several times with the same result, forcing me to find a way to write a review Honestly this isn't surprising to me

The large bed is great and both dogs love it. However, the big dog doesn’t fit on it when he lays flat. He has to curl up to fit on the bed. You guys should make an XXL bed for really big dogs. Happy with the purchase and price point…thank you !
