Hello Alice.. We are sorry you feel the way you do. As we told you over the phone you received phenomenal results from us. The problem is you received 7 new collections. It is impossible for anybody's scores to increase if they are getting new collections. We explained this to you before you enrolled and we have all the recorded calls. We do not think it is fair that you would give us a 3 Star review when we gave you 5 Star results. Can you please consider updating your review. Also please call us so we can tell you what the game plan is for your new collections. Thank you!
