I was very happy with the service I was provided. I sent an email on a Saturday asking a question about which service I needed and received a response within minutes. It was a very straightforward process and the fob I received works even better than the original fob that I have. He did not delay in sending the new key either, got it in the mail immediately.

Tony was so helpful for this old biddy . I’m hoping I can send him everything as “we can’t figure it out” And I don’t have a computer , only I pad and phone. If it works with him cloning my keys and it works, I’ll order 4 + 4 more :) Susan

We have ordered multiple orders of fobs from here for our gym. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Tony has gone above and beyond for us to show appreciation for our orders, and is always quick to respond and resolve any (minimal) issues that arise.

I would give 6 Stars if I could. I always prepare for the worst when i have a product issue but this time there was no reason for concern. Great customer service. Had a small issue and it was handled quickly and efficiently.

They know what they are doing, even with more complex items and newer technologies. Very quick turnaround and shipping with working keys.

Second time I have used them and just like the first time great service and fast shipping.
