Just looking at items on cell phone saw the bed and thought my 10 year old love of our life deserved the comfort this bed offered very skeptical after making purchase Surprise once delivered Lucy loves her new bed perfect color 🍑 and size

Product was damaged on arrival and contained a horrid smell. Company return policy states they can deny refund if product arrives back damaged or unwashed. Satisfaction guarantee was nowhere near honored and I received only a 30% refund because they could not guarantee if I paid for shipping and returned that they would give me a refund. Product was clearly below advertised standards even if undamaged.

It took way too long for the package to arrive. I was originally told it would arrive on November 24th. It finally arrived on December 13th. I realize there are shipping problems but if I had known it was coming from overseas I might have reconsidered. However, the bed is beautiful and my dog lives it.

This bed is not for anxiety ridden pets. It has no filling in the middle. It barely has any around the sides either. For $83.00 I expected it to be cushy. And when I tried to return it, I had to return it to CHINA. It cost more than the bed. I will never buy from a company without reading other peoples reviews. They say the same thing. I will make sure I take it to my social media friends. False advertising.

My cat loved the bed for 3 days then stopped using it

They were very late in their delivery. Having said that, my wife's cat digs the bed. Originally I called them scammers which at the time they appeared to be due to several weeks going by with no delivery. Having received the bed I will upgrade my review to slow delivery and decent product. I can't help but wonder if my first comment sped things up.
