Hi Mr Neil Schofield, Thank you for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that both the cooling mat and our service met your expectations. It's wonderful to know your dog has a cool and comfortable place to relax. Thank you for choosing MrFluffyFriend!
Bed arrived ahead of time in perfect condition. If I was a dog I’d be really happy with my new bed. It is super soft and comfortable. Our dog is 9 years old and has anxiety during thunderstorms and fireworks. Unfortunately she’s also stubborn. A shitzu lass appo. I’ve put her in it a few times but she wants no part of it.

Hi Rudy, Thank you for your lovely review! We're so happy to hear that the bed arrived safely and that you find it soft and comfortable. We understand that some dogs need a little more time to warm up to a new bed, especially those who are used to their usual sleeping spots. We hope your Shih Tzu lass eventually discovers how cozy her new bed can be. Sometimes placing a familiar blanket or toy on the bed, or giving treats and praise when she explores it, can help make it feel like a safe and inviting space. Thank you for choosing MrFluffyFriend!

Wow what can I say! Lily Pearl my soon to be six year old Havanese loves her new beds. One for the LR and another for the car. The customer service is second to none! One of the two first received had a serious flaw in the seam. They responded quickly and Lily and I are now happy campers. Would recommend highly to any fur parent. Worth every penny

It’s small in size. I ordered an XL but the sizing seems to run small. I got the orthopaedic couch bed….cost almost $300 for the XL size and it’s so not worth it. Don’t buy it. It’s not cushy at all. It’s flat compared to what the advertised pictures look like. It looks nothing like it. So not worth the money at all. Quality is crappy as well. I just contacted them to get a refund. I’ll update about that once I go through the process as I have seen reviews that to get a refund is a hassle Too bad though because I was really looking forward to this product. Also I have to pay the return fee which I have never heard of lol. Even the lady at the post office felt bad for me as I had to pay $158. Lesson learned. Never again unless it’s Amazon.

First of, it arrived about 3 days early! My dog thought it was a chew toy at first. It took him almost 2 hours to lay on it. He love it. He will lay in his old, smaller bed every now and again, but he loves this bed.

Hi Tania, Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're delighted to hear that your dog's new bed arrived earlier than expected. Thank you for choosing MrFluffyFriend, and we hope he enjoys many cozy naps ahead!
Absolutely awful quality for the price! Received donut bed today. Stuffing is inadequate, lumpy and uneven. Don't waste your money with this company

Hi Victoria, We're sorry to hear that this is your first impression of the bed. Our beds are vacuum-packed for shipping, so we recommend following the instructions included in the packaging. Please allow the bed some time to fully air out and gently shake and fluff it to help redistribute the filling and restore its shape. If, after doing this, you're still not satisfied, please feel free to email us at [email protected]. Our team will be happy to review your concerns and assist you further. Thank you for your feedback.
