We’re sorry to hear that the XL dog sofa hasn’t filled out as well as your smaller one, Meredyth. We understand your concern, especially after giving it a full week. We’ll send you an email with a helpful step-by-step guide on how to fluff and arrange the dog sofa to help it reach its optimal condition. Our dog sofas are vacuum-packed for shipping and may require some additional fluffing to redistribute the filling evenly and regain their intended shape. We hope the guide helps, and our team will be happy to assist further if you’re still not satisfied after following the steps. 🐾

Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Victoria! 😄 We’re glad you figured out that the bed had been flipped the wrong way and that the cushion was there after all! It’s great to hear that you’re now enjoying your bed. 🐶

Thank you so much for your lovely review, Michaela! 🥰 We’re delighted that your two older Staffies have fallen in love with their beds and are happily using them throughout the day. And we agree—the beds can look so cozy that you might be tempted to climb in yourself! 😂🐶 We’re also happy to hear that the removable covers make washing easier and that our team has been prompt in responding to your questions.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with the cooling mat, Nadine. We understand your frustration and appreciate you sharing your concerns. We’d like to clarify that our cooling mats work by dissipating heat from your pet’s body and do not need to be plugged in or refrigerated. That said, we’re sorry if the product didn’t meet your expectations. Our Customer Support team does respond to customer enquiries. If you haven’t seen a response in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folder, as our reply may have been filtered there. We’d be happy to assist you further with your concerns.
