I was contacted by the CEO of Fluffy Friend after having been sent the wrong size bed and in my opinion a low quality unit that smelled of chemicals for days. He organised a larger replacement that arrived promptly and it was of much better quality, no Smell at all in fact! I have given 4 stars as i now believe this to be a good product. I cannot update my previous 1 star review owing to the time between that review and this one. Otherwise I would update it.

The dog bed seems to be a good quality and well tested by one of my dogs every night. Following the instructions when it was delivered was really informative and useful to let the bed rest a couple of days to plump up. However, it says it’s a large but isn’t that big. It’s good my small Springer who is only 17kgs. I’ve had a chance to test it for a few weeks and it has kept its shape well.

My Belgian melon wah , he loves it, but my little one steals it from him.So we bought a smaller one for her.

I recently received an email from MrFluffy asking if they could send me the new version of their dog bed.. FREE…immediately I thought Scam, so I emailed them directly and it was true! Two years ago I left a review and I was less than happy with the product, because it showed a photo of a lady beside the dog bed with this huge dog in the bed and that’s what I based my decision on.. when the bed arrived my 140 pound Rottweiler Bearenger couldn’t even sit in it! Well I just received the New and Improved version and it’s FANTASTIC!! Not only does Bearenger fit but I can actually lay in the bed with him and have a cuddle!! It took a few days to air it out and fluff up, and he Loves it! That’s the Most Important thing to me! He’s 10 years old and has aches and pains and I think he’s totally relaxed when he’s napping on the bed! Thank You So Much for reaching out! We both really appreciate that you did! I have definitely recommended the bed to anyone that has a dog, especially an older dog!

Rowie absolutely loves his bed - it is one of several but he particularly loves this to drag around ,and snuggle into . One of our cats loves it too .

Ivory my 8yo standard poodle has taken very well to the new bed. She was a couch pooch. She’s has the bed for about four days and prefers her bed more than the couch. It arrived quite quickly, was surprised that it was vacuum packed, and wasn’t convinced it would become a bed…but it did. The bed is good value and I recommend it

My dogs love it, I bought the xlg for my mastiff. Plenty big enough.
