It has been nearly a month. Tracking shows no package received by usps. I have asked for a refund. If there is no response I will go to my credit card company.

I placed an order on December 17th and still have not received it. I’ve contacted customer support as the tracking info has not been updated since the day it supposedly left the facility on the 21st. They have no idea where it is and just keep saying they are sure it will arrive. It’s now January 1st and no tracking updates. When I purchased it said 7-10 business days delivery. Then when I contacted them they said 15-20. Then when I contacted them again after that period had passed, they said 20-30. I see how this is going. I’m sure the next time I ask it will be 30-40 days. Hopefully I’ll have it by Spring.

I ordered a bed on December 11, 2024, and have not received it even though the charge has appeared on my credit card statement. When I look at UPS tracking, this appears, "Currently, we are not able to provide the tracking details. We can’t locate shipments if we haven’t received information from the shipper yet, or if the parcel information is older than 120 days."

I ordered a dog bed and shortly after, I received a tracking number for USPS. Yet, it has been 2 weeks and this item still hasn't shipped. I received an initial response from the company when I inquired about my order, but it appeared to be a generic response. There were no specifics about my order. I attempted to contact them again and received no response. Today, I filed a dispute with American Express and received a credit within 5 minutes.

The worst!!!! Big rip off! I paid 59$ for a dog bed and never received it. This company will not return my emails, nerveless my money. It’s a big scam!!! Do not give them your money!

I ordered two beds on December 14. USPS tracking shows they haven't shipped yet. I've reached via email asking about the beds. The last email stated that because of the holidays, their shipping timelines have been extended to 30-40 days.

This is the WORST- I ordered the bed 12/6 and still have not received. The email responses appear to be AI. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The UPS tracking is not correct. The item has sat at the same location for weeks. The company has NO customer service phone number. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. It’s fraudulent. I am going to run a DUN and BRADSTREET report in them and will post the results! STAY AWAY!

Should have read the reviews before placing my order for MrFluffy bed. I placed my order on 11/20/24 and after waiting for OVER A MONTH ive still not received it as 1/1/25. They advertise 7-10 days for delivery. Tracking is ridiculous and shows it's in New Jersey but it hasn't moved. This may be a fraudulent company and DO NOT recommend purchasing from them.
