I would leave a zero star review if I could. Ordered on Dec. 12 and it still hasn't shipped. Wanted the item for my very anxious dog in anticipation of fireworks but today is Jan. 5 and still do not have my order.

Been a month since it says it has shipped tried to contact them no response when I was ordering it they was quick to respond to my emails now they will not respond. I have not received. My items will not ever purchase from them again.

Something went wrong with your company in December of 2024. I among several others have the same complaint. We have not received our products, but my credit card has paid this. Is this company a scam?? I would really just love the bed. If or when I do receive it, I sure hope it's all they claim it to be.
