I would love to leave a positive review but I still have not received product. I purchased on 12/15 as a gift expecting it would be delivered by xmas. I especially wanted it for new years fireworks. I followed up and was told to be patient. As of 1/5 it still has not arrived. Very disappointed!

I still have not received my beds (2 of them). They were ordered and paid for on Dec 14th and it is now Jan 5th. I have been in contact with your team and their advice is to 'just wait' because the holiday season is a busy time. This is not acceptable.

I bought (2) dog beds $138+. When I ordered, it said it would take 7-10 days. Then when I didn’t get it (even though the shipping said it was in my state of Illinois) they pushed the shipping receive date to about 20 days. That came & went and then it was changed to up to 40 days while it said it was in my state to be shipped USPS. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM & they REFUSE TO REFUND ME!!!

Can’t leave a review because I never received the bed. I have emailed and no reply. So no, the dog doesn’t love the bed. She’s never even seen it!

Mrfluffyfriend wants me to give there 2XL dog anxiety bed a fair and partial review of how my dogs like it 🤔 IF I EVER GET THE DARN THING DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE I WILL LET YOU KNOW...AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND WAITING THE 22 DAYS AS INFORMED I STILL HAVEN'T GOT IT AND YES THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND STATE ITS READY AT THEIR FULFILLMENT CENTER READY TO BE SHIPPED OUT.... FOR THE LAST 22 DAYS??????? THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS BUT IT WON'T LET ME DO THAT.

Very dissapointed. I never recieved my order. When I email support, because no phone number is made available, I'm informed of a USPS tracking number. When I check the tracking number, USPS is still waiting on the product. So I adddress it again with support and no response. I'm disputing the charge on my credit card. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered this item on Dec 8th. The item was “shipped” on Dec 15th but the tracking has never changed..the item never arrived to USPS and as of Jan 5th, I still have not received the item. They have assured me it is on its way, but if the tracking has not updated, and it’s a whole month later, then I feel like I got scammed.

I would love to provide a review of the actual product, but it’s been 3 weeks and still hasn’t shipped. I have been following the tracking and it’s still sitting in a warehouse. I contacted customer support who assured me 14-22 days on average. I understand the holidays, but every company ships on time during this season and seems to be ineptness. Customer service even asked for patience why they work to deliver in a timely manner. Maybe it will arrive before next Christmas!! Hoping the actual bed is much better than the logistics. Based on this experience, I will never order from this company again, buyer be ware!!
