There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already

I ordered food here twice, once everything was fine, the second time they mixed up our order with someone else and the food was tasteless. Also delivery is always more than stated. Just do not know whether to recommend or not..

Delivery takes a long time

Their customer service is less than desirable. Meaning if you have a problem and you need to discuss it with someone they really don't care if the service was not acceptable. Drivers are always friendly. It's a Wonderful service unless a problem arises and you need to deal with a form of management.

The price was a lot at the end of the order you might as well be eating out or just get it yourself but the food brought back was always correct

Sometimes my orders are incorrect, would be nice if the driver checked the orders while still at the restaurant. Would also be nice if the Lansing location did the reward points like other locations did.

It would be great to have more places to choose from. My order is almost always wrong when I have special directions. Like no lettuce.

Drivers are friendly and professional. Food is sometimes hot sometimes cold. Always takes a long time. Anything that would taste better fresh is ruined, which is most things, so I’ll never use Mr Delivery again. Too much extra money for sub-par food. Would probably be fine for pizza or Indian food or other less-delicate stuff.
