We have been waiting 2 hours and 3 drives later for our pizzas and bread sticks. This is bad. I have work for pizza place when I was young. This company has issues.

I’ve been trying to get a refund for a burnt order since Aug 22nd for $82. Always promise to escalate with no action. I emailed the corporate office. No response. I’ll starve before I ever spend a dime in there again. AND I WILL GET MY REFUND ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!

THIS PIZZA MADE ME THROW UP FOR TWO NIGHTS STRAIGHT AND BIG POOP ATTACKS I HAD TO GET A NEW TOILET 1 STAR

We ordered two crazy combos and an extra marinara sauce. I was already in the store for almost 30 minutes before I saw them put my order into the portal. I picked it up immediately. I got the order home, and neither I nor my spouse could bite into the crazy bread. It was very hard. I'll be going to the other little Caesars at the other end of my county, further away from my home.

My husband and I ordered a supreme pizza, thin crust, no sausage replace it with Canadian Bacon. When picked up, it was cold, thick crust. Hardly no topping, no cheese and hardly no sauce on it. And definitely no Canadian Bacon. We paid 14.90 for a pizza that wasn't worth having. 10/17/26 The young man that took our order, wasn't listening, nor doing his job. I told him 5 times thin crust. I believe they owe us 14.90

Yet another bad review, seems like the upper management would want to get things right with its customers. Ordered the pepperoni slice & stixs which was so dried up from obviously sitting for a while. I live approximately 3-4 blocks from Little Caesars ordered online so I thought it would be made but I guess they do make them ahead of time and leave them under a heat lamp. Won’t be ordering from there from now on . What a shame to lose business.
