I was so excited to buy this winter Wonderland rink, however it came defective with loud clicking noises and figurines that didn’t skate around. It took me about five days before I could get a return label and they promise to send me a replacement now I’m being told it’s out of stock and so I don’t have my rink. I’m very disappointed.

Ease of ordering via I phone, free shipping, great discount, good product exactly what my son wants for Xmas. I have lots of Mr. Christmas items. I was concerned because on Black Friday you reduced your price another 5 % but then I figured out it was in the shipping charges.

Product arrived broken. One of the benches was broken off.

I ordered 3 trees. My Halloween tree arrived with nicks and paint misses that did not take place in transit. The response time was a bit slow and the representative asked for photos that I had already attached to my 3 emails requesting assistance. I finally received a response after my third email. In the end I was given a full refund. My 18" red & white and my green tree are beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. They are fully lit unlike battery operated trees. I love them!

So disappointed! I was so excited to buy this Mr. Christmas skating rink for my kids as a surprise the morning after Thanksgiving. Tradition that we decorate that day and they wake up to a surprise this was theirs, and I was so excited about it. But it was broke again in multiple ways. Only Three of the skaters skated one only skates if it’s right on top, the other and the pieces are mismatched and not even aligned for the gazebo. I sent a message to Customer Service and was told that it is sold out and they cannot send a new one. They offered for me to bring it back to the store or if I bought it from Mr. Christmas, which I did, they would give me a refund. I haven’t gotten it yet. I am disappointed because I thought Mr. Christmas was supposed to be very high and I miss and the craftsmanship is not there on this. My kids do love it, but to pay that much for an item that is broken is disappointing.
